Manned Airship

The General Orbital Manned Airship will allow personnel or passengers (up to 5 people) to be brought up to attitudes in excess of 60,000 ft.  The vehicle will allow for egress in support of high-altitude experiments or other work.  This Airship will allow for very comfortable travel with incredibly dramatic views.
